  : The staff were all nice and helpful. The host shared plans for sightseeing in Luxor and helped arrange transport for the various trips. The view during breakfast was nice.
  : We were placed in a different building (Old Nile View) instead of the hotel that we booked and we were not even informed until we arrived at the place from the taxi we booked via the hotel at 2am. The building was not what we had paid for so it was an unexpected surprise and could've caused issues if we decided to book a taxi independently as we weren't provided the address for the new place. While the building was ok, it wasn't the 2 bedroom apartment that I had booked (it was 1 bedroom with 2 beds). It wasn't a big issue since we only stayed for 1 night but would've been a bit frustrating if it was for a longer stay.
