  : The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is great.
  : The smell of the AC was Horrible. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Doesn't accept credit cards.

  : The location. Luxor museum and Luxor temple was in easy walking distance. Karnak temple was far, but theres always a taxi or a horse chariot to go there. What I liked is the 0-24 police presence in the hotel lobby. The staff is friendly, but its a little bit hard to understand their English sometimes.
  : No toilet brush, equipment falling apart, no handheld shower head. The hotel once were a very good hotel, but it was long time ago. You cant lock the door from outside, the keycard holder had contact issues, sometimes caused blackouts in electric supply. The fridge was unable to cool down anything. No bar near the pool, and the external AC units can benefit from some maintenance (they are very loud). There was some kind of electrical buzz behind the bed. the outlets were loose, everything kept falling out of them.

  : The room facilities are as expected, in the offered price range, just enough and not luxury. The bathroom is decent, the hotel is clean but it reeks of cheap stay
